The CMA 2014’s Official Program Schedule is Now Available!

Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac - June 18 – The CMA 2014 is heading toward the home stretch; the organization has launched its official program schedule 50 days prior to the kick-off of this major event as Acadia will, without a doubt, resonate from August 8th to the 24th. 120 family reunions, 200 community events, pillar days scheduled for August 8th, 15th and 24th, the MultiMEDIA Pavilion and ExpoMONDE, entire families will be able to enjoy countless activities. Everything is included! Performances by headline entertainers and emerging artists, seminars and lectures, major rallies, theater, visual art, poem recitals.

"The big day is upon us! You will realize by the scope and quality of our program schedule for this 5th CMA, that it undeniably parallels our dreams. Acadians worldwide and friends... know that Acadia of the Lands and Forests is expecting you with open arms for 17 days of celebrations and deliberations that will forever be etched in everyone's memory", stated the President of the CMA 2014, Mr. Émilien Nadeau.

As of today, you can get your program schedule either at programming.cma2014.com, one of the outlets or at one of the Caisses populaires acadiennes, NorState Federal Credit Unions or Caisses populaires Desjardins in the three hosting regions.

Furthermore, before July 13th, the local population and visitors can obtain their bracelets for the celebrations at 20$ per adult and at 15$ for adolescents (13-17 years of age). Admittance is free for children 12 years and younger. Passes are available via the web at boxoffice.cma2014.com, by phone at 1-844-740-2014 or at the following ticket outlets:

About the CMA...
Le Congrès mondial acadien is a grand reunion that happens every five years that calls for the Acadian diaspora around the world. Several activities will be offered for more than two weeks, from August 8 to 24, 2014. The event is based on community involvement and allows to assert its culture, heritage and attractions.
